Chinese Modern Fountain

With the development of urban modernization, China has successively built time-controlled fountains, colored voice-activated fountains, movable fountains and microcomputer-controlled musical fountains in Beijing’s Shuangxiu Park, Temple of Heaven Park and other city squares.

Representative works include the Qingdao Expo Music Fountain. The large-scale water dance show is one of the core landscapes of the entire Expo. The design theme is "Water Garden". The secret of the water dance show lies in the hundreds of fountains under the lake. These fountains are installed on a steel structure platform 120 meters long and 90 meters wide, about 38 meters away from the main viewing area. The platform can float up and down to form a stage for water dance performances. Water dance show is the art of combining water and technology. Accompanied by exciting or soothing music, the water column weaves a variety of beautiful patterns, which can reach more than 80 meters in height.
