Method 1: Place charcoal in a pyramid shape in the grill, leaving little space. Light the flammables and place them in the bottom of the broiler. An accelerant is poured in to help the charcoal absorb. Method two: Put the combustible material on the bottom layer of the barbecue oven. Arrange the charcoal in a pyramid shape in the grill. Product Introduction
How do you clean a grill? 1. Clean the oven:
To clean the grills, you can use a stiff wire brush with a long handle to brush twice: once after the grills are preheated, before you put food on the grills (it sterilizes the grills and loosens the food residue on the grills), and again at the end of the grills when the grills are still warm. Many wire brushes have a scraper at the other end that can be used to remove stubborn food scraps. Remember, after the oven is preheated, the heat will heat your hands during the cleaning process, so wear thick gloves.
2. Grease the baking net:
The secret to food not sticking to the grill is to grease the grill net (a well-oiled grill net makes for a better grill). There are three ways to grease the grill net:
One, with a soaked in oil or rag oil, this process is actually to do the last cleaning work for the grill. If you are using a large industrial oven, tie a clean towel or bath towel tightly to the end of the stick and use it to grease the grill net. Make sure the grill is warm enough. Fold it small, hold it in a food clip and dip it into a bowl of oil. Wipe the baking mesh with an oiled sheet, removing any residue from the mesh in the process.
2. Grease with bacon or slices of fat. This method adds another flavor to the food, and it looks professional. Also use a food clip with a piece of bacon or fat beef facing each other. Cool way.
Three, or use an oil injector to spray oil, which is the fastest way. But with the injector, you remove the grill net from the heat. When grilling fish, chicken breasts, steaks and other foods that tend to get tough, make sure you baste the grill net. When grilling foods that are inherently high in fat (like ribs and corn), you can optionally baste the grill net.
3. Cleaning dust collector:
The dust collector is a metal container shaped like a deep pot, found in many carbon ovens. It is located under the fire box of the grill and is used to catch the ashes of the charcoal after it has burned. When cleaning, the ventilation hole is repeatedly opened and closed several times, so that the ashes fall into the dust collector. When the dust collector is full, remove her from the bottom of the oven and dump the ash inside. Note: Do not pour hot ash into plastic or paper bags. Make sure the ashes are completely cool when you dump them. I usually wait until the next day. The last thing you need to do is put the hot ash and other flammable waste together in a centralized disposal.
4. Clean the drip pan:
When you grill chicken and duck or pork leg and shoulder, a lot of oil drips out. If you have the oven set up and put the oil pan under the food, it will be dripping full by the end of the barbecue. Before pouring the oil, wait for the oven and drip pan to cool completely (this may take several hours), then remove the grill mesh, carefully remove the pan, and pour the oil into the prepared tool for use.
