Waterproofing and Leak Prevention

Internal Processing: All water storage areas must undergo professional waterproof lining treatment (e.g., using food-grade stainless steel inner tanks, spraying a composite waterproof coating) to ensure absolute leak prevention. This is the core of project quality.

Drainage Design: Concealed overflow outlets and drains must be integrated with the rust-covered panel design to ensure both functionality and aesthetics.

Rust Water Control (Critical)

Initial Maintenance: Before the rust layer stabilizes (approximately 1-2 years), water erosion may cause rust color to flow out with the water, staining light-colored paving. Solutions: a) Initially use deionized water or change the water frequently; b) Before stabilization, direct the water feature drainage to the infiltration area under the green space.

Post-Stabilization: Once the rust layer is completely dense and stable, the "rust water" problem will largely disappear, and the area can be used normally.

Water Quality Maintenance

Circulation and Filtration: A matching water circulation and filtration system must be installed to prevent eutrophication and maintain water clarity to highlight the contrast between materials.

Freezing Considerations: In cold regions, a winter drainage system and equipment freeze protection measures must be designed.

Routine Maintenance

Surface: No special treatment is required; it can weather naturally. If cleaning is necessary, simply rinse with water.

Water System: Regularly check the circulation system, clean the filter, and add water treatment agent as needed.
