Material : Corten steel
This panel is made from Corten Steel (or weathering steel) is an alloy that naturally forms a rust coating the over the first 9 months or so of it being exposed to the weather. Interestingly, due to the composition of this special alloy, this rust coating forms a protective layer they prevents further rusting. The steel underneath remains unimpaired as the outer layer continues to protect and regenerate as it exposed to water and oxygen.
Please note:
General, the corten steel products are supplied in their un-rusted state, the natural weathering process will take around 4-9 months to complete. (If you need rusty finish, Pls tell us in advance)
Develop rich colors and textures as they weather and age. Corten screen panels develop a stable golden brown patina which acts as a protective coating.
The products simply needs to be left outside for this to occur, nothing else is required
