Product Introduction
The various finishes are achieved in 3 ways:
Preparation of the metal. Raw, sand blasted, scrubbed or grinded.
Length of time is left to dwell. Usually, 1 day to 10 days.
Coating depth.
The lighter finishes are achieved when the surface has been sand or shot blasted.
The more textured finishes are achieved when the surface has been roughed or grinded.
The longer is reactivated with a saline solution the deeper the oxidisation.
Or the longer it is left to naturally rust up to 6 months.
Thicker coating or additional coats will increase the gloss level if desired.
