Product Introduction
Pellet fuel (English: Pellet fuel) is the heating fuel made from compressed biomass. The most common type is wood pellet. Wood pellets, a form of wood fuel, are usually made from compacted-sawdust or other waste produced by sawing wood and other wood products. Other woody biomass sources include palm kernel shells, coconut shells, and tree tops and branches left over after whole tree removal or logging, which otherwise help replenish the soil. Grasses can also be pelleted to form grass granules. Pellets are manufactured into several types and grades of fuel for power plants, homes, and other applications in between. The particles are very compact and can be prepared with low water content (below 10%), allowing them to be incinerated with very high combustion efficiency.
