Smokeless Firepit

This fire pit is built with enjoyable, balmy, summer evenings spent on the patio with the family in mind. These smokeless fire pits are built from carbon steel that we purchase locally. The bottom and sides are laser cut and then welded together. All our fire pits are solid-welded except our smokeless fire pit. We paint our fire pits with a high-temp paint from Forrest Technical Coatings. The grill grate, spring handle, feet pads, and all nuts and bolts are stainless steel.
 

Smokeless pits introduce more oxygen to the fire through the holes at the top of the pit, creating a secondary burn. This secondary burn consumes the smoke. NOTE: these pits are smokeless, not smoke-free.

For a smokeless fire pit to function properly…
- Wood must be dry
- Wood must be below the top holes
- pit walls must be hot

- Vented bottom for air flow and drainage
- Removable bottom X brace for easy removal of ashes
- Lid functions as a heat shield and tray for ash removal
- Ring for easy transportation
