When the boiler endogenous material particles are completely burned, the temperature in the furnace is as high as 800-1000 degrees, or even higher. The volatile matter contained in the biomass particles, such as water and ash, is carbonized and burned rapidly at high temperature, and the combustible hydrocarbons such as carbon monoxide and nitrogen and oxygen are fully converted into uncombustible gas on time. The impurities in the black smoke have been burned off at high temperature. So you don't see any black smoke, that's what everybody says there's no smoke.

There are many reasons for black smoke in biomass boiler furnace:

1, biomass pellet fuel quality is poor, containing impurities;

2, boiler feed too fast, insufficient combustion;

3. Uncleaned furnace ash;

4, long use time, smoke pipe blockage;

5, the chimney installation is unreasonable, flue resistance is large.
