You will then want to remove one end of the telescopic hose attached to the bottom of the burner. This will be tight, so be sure to use both wrenches to avoid damaging anything. These are all standard threads, so this is left loose.
Next you will remove the coupling, which will be tight, so you may need to add a little extra torque to the wrench. Now remove the propane pipe from the inside of the coupling and replace it with the natural gas pipe. You will notice that the new natural pores are larger than the old propane pores. This is because natural gas has a lower calorific value than propane. For this reason, a larger volume of natural gas is needed to produce the same flame height.
Now slide the sleeve through the propane air mixer. Natural gas burns much cleaner than propane, so we don't need to add air to the gas mixture. The sleeves are not tight. This is normal. Now you can add the coupler with the hole behind and reconnect the telescopic hose.
