Fireplace grilles, all hanging fireplaces come with a 2 year manufacturer's warranty. Your warranty period starts from the date of delivery. This warranty is in addition to the consumer warranty and does not exclude them.

We do not recommend installation in areas that are exposed to the outdoors, high humidity, morning frost/dew, or wind and rain. If the outdoor area is continually affected by moisture and wind, the painted surface will deteriorate quickly because the steel is not galvanized and it should not come into contact with moisture or water. If you live near the sea, be aware that salty Marine sprays can speed up the process and eat away at painted surfaces within months. Please confirm your location with us before placing your order.
