As a result of this heating pattern, the cooking temperature is higher near the inside compared to the outside edge, so various foods can be cooked at different temperatures at the same time. When not being used as a grill, it can also be used as a brazier to turn the stove on or off, providing warmth as well as a sociable and peaceful atmosphere. The Classic 4 Grill is a grilling experience. The cooktop is constructed of 1/2" carbon steel and the swivel bowl is premium American weathering steel or weathering steel. The round base design, also in weathering steel, has classic lines and unrivaled functionality. All classic grills have attachment rings under the cooktop so the optional sizzle grill fits in and sits flush with the cooktop.
