NOTE: When your grill arrives, the cooktop will be silver (unseasoned). After a lot of seasoning and use, it will turn into the dark color shown in the picture.
Classic fire bowl with barbecue
Our grill was delivered on March 10, 2021. A: wow! ! This is no ordinary grill. It's a combination of art and function. Although heavy, it was easy to install in our backyard with just my husband and me and our beautiful lifting gear. This manual provides lots of advice on cooking, seasoning and cooking surface care. We grilled Korean short ribs on the center grate and had delicious fish on the skillet within 30 minutes of being ready. We use the grill almost every weekend because the kids are now begging to eat outside so they can be a part of the cooking process. Yesterday was International Paella Day, and of course we put it to the test. Paella POTS are not suitable for indoor cooking, however, their expansive even/flat cooking area passes through the flying colors. Cleaning outside is a breeze, and now I don't have to wipe my stove when I make paella! I'm looking forward to dinner next week because we have some charcoal that I've been saving for the roast. We couldn't be happier with all the cooking options on this grill!!
